Great price on this Craftsman drill that uses the same battery as my other Craftsman cordless tools.Burnt up two expensive Dewalt drills, so I bought this and an adapter to fit my batteries. I won’t be buying overpriced Dewalt tools anymore.Didn't come with a battery, but I've got 4 already. Good price, good drillThis drill works better than my old Sears 19.2 v but there is a anoying problem sometimes. In spite of my tightening the chuck as tight as I can sometimes the chuck will loosen up and the drill bit will either not turn when the bit contacts the material or I have actually had the bit to drop out of the chuck when lowering the drill to walk away ffom the work. I think it has something to do with how fast the drill stops turning when the trigger is released. The chuck stops so fast that it releases the bit.works with my batteriesWe are using it to mix our pottery glazesUse it in wood working. The drill is only as good as the drill chuckBought this instead of paying $125 to replace a ridgid battery. relevance; wife got me a combo set with a drill and i bought more craftsman batteries. Once the other ridgid battery dies, this will be my go to. It is light and strong enough for home use.
