Handle is not strong enough for this application. Threaded portion broke off in the ratchet on the second set of threads that I tried to cut (1.5" Black Iron Pipe).Teeth also needed adjustment to cut properly and the ratchet mechanism would skip and become disengaged but that is to be expected from a non-premium product.
