I have used the same Weed eater for 3 or 4 years and really like it! The only reason I had to replace the first one was due to some grass string (from planted grass) got into the motor part..a lot of it over time. I would be very careful when dealing with this type of planted grass and using this weed eater. Besides that, I use this almost every week for at least 5 hrs a day..as a job. Very lightweight and the string used is very easy to work and last a long time. I sometimes use this weed eater on heavy weeds sometimes 2 or 3 ft tall. Works excellent.
