ADJUSTABLE STAIR GAGE/FENCE (for use with carpenter's square (not included)) No. 110A (18-inch, nickel-plated, plain (no graduations)) from circa 1910-1920 (only info found online about this tool were advertisements within 2 print publications dated 1910 & 1915, respectively), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. CONDITION NOTES:

Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with minor -to- moderate cosmetic wear (i.e. scuffs, scratches, stains, dings, dents, etc., see pics) but NO breaks or repairs. Complete & fully functional. Vast majority of nickel-plating remains. Nice, light patina throughout. Hard to find tool with a very short production run!! See pics.
