The covers are brand new, factory sealed in packaging. The lights and extra set of grills are also brand new, never used. They were ordered by previous owner to replace his broken ones but he ended up never installing them. The wires, fuses, switch, etc. are all used. The previous owner removed it all from his truck. We were told everything needed for installation is present and from what we can tell, it looks to be true. Please review pictures to confirm or deny this. See pics.
