This is a beautifully Handpainted wall plate of sailboats and a windmill produced by RAAM Faience. Made in Holland. It measures approx 12" in diameter. All RAAM items are fully marked on the bottom. This plate shows the original Delft Blue, the factory mark Holland Handpainted. It is in excellent condition, no cracks or chips!!
